The
WCI's Cap Setting and Allowance Distribution Committee (CSAD) issued a request
for proposals on June 19 to develop uniform emissions forecast methodologies
for WCI Partner Jurisdictions. A pre-bid
call for interested bidders will be held Friday, June 26, and the deadline to
respond is July 10. The CSAD Committee
will evaluate responses to this RFP that are properly submitted and recommend
to the WCI Partners a contractor to hire for this project. Formal contract arrangements are to be made
between the contractor and the Western Governors’ Association (WGA), but the
contractor will be reporting to and working on behalf of the CSAD
