The Oil and Gas Workgroup of the Reporting Committee invites stakeholder comment on a series of draft recommendations for quantifying certain emission in the upstream oil and gas sector (read this letter to stakeholders for more information about these recommendations).  This paper focuses on issues related to emissions associated with compressors used in the production, processing and transportation of natural gas.
