Alternatively, setting your browser to save the file instead of opening it may prevent errors on older versions.

If you are receiving an error that you have reached the download limit, please wait 24 hours before downloading additional documents. The download cap ensures stable site operation and security, but still allows you to download every document in the WCI Document Library at least once per day.
