WCI will be seeking public comment on its consolodated draft recommendations soon. This document is set for release May 16, 2008. While this document combines all aspects of WCI's work into one document, we are asking that stakeholders and the interested public submit their comments on each major topic area to the Subcommittee handling that issue using the drop down menu below. 

Note: The comment period has ended for the initial draft design recommendations from the Allocations, Offsets and Reporting, Scope, and Electricity Subcommittees  (see WCI Documents).  Comments can be seen using the "Draft Recommendations Comments"

Attachments must be submitted separately to each Subcommittee as WORD documents. This is necessary to enable comments to be sorted among WCI Partners and staff working on specific topic areas.  Although we cannot accept PDFs, your Word documents will be posted in PDF format on the Draft Recommendations Comments section exactly as submitted. Again, if you have comments for more than one Subcommittee, please divide your comments and submit them separately  to each. This will also help other stakeholders see the range of opinions on each topic. You may also submit "General" comments. Thank you for your cooperation.
